Lock-Ins and Live Weekends

For lock-ins, intensives, and live weekends, we do not offer refunds.

Vocal and Paid 6-Week Accelerator

Because we reserve one of the limited spots inside our growth lab when you purchase a spot, we will charge a cancellation fee equal to half your deposit or first month’s payment if you cancel within 14 days of your purchase.

Refunds are not available for Vocal and Paid starting 15 days after your purchase/deposit date. If you’re unable to attend some of the live classes/coaching, don’t worry, replays will be posted in your program dashboard. You keep lifetime access to the materials in your dashboard.

Digital Products

We issue refunds for most digital products within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.

For our digital documents and planners, we do not offer refunds since it’s not a “returnable” item and is delivered all at once as soon as you purchase it.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

To submit a proper refund request, please email heyhuman@byregina.com with your request. We will need to know which product you purchased and at what price. Thank you.
